Participant & Family Feedback

Real stories from the community.

We are honoured to be part of our participants’ journeys. Here is what some of our community members have shared about their experience with JC Cornerstone Community Care.

"I have been seeing Jacob on a regular basis for the last few years. Jacob has been there for me in the good times, but also the not-so-good times.

I would highly recommend Jacob to the younger participants. He is a really cool cat; we have a lot of laughs and great conversations together. In addition, he has a background in fitness as a previous personal trainer. I have enjoyed going on a group run with him and long walks (and talks) also. Further, he has also helped me get involved in activities.

Please do yourself a favour and let Jacob help you!"

Kanishka

NDIS Participant

"I care for my son who has a mental condition bordering on schizophrenia. The first years were very hard to cope with as I was on my own. Since becoming part of the NDIS we have been successfully supported by Jacob Cook, who has been nothing but an absolute asset to us. He has helped in any way we have asked and has been there for my son during his troubling times. I couldn't wish for a better support manager. He goes out of his way to help if we need things, and even if it's not during his working time, he will still support us in any way he can. He truly goes beyond his job title."

Lisa R

Family Carer

"We have been lucky to have Jacob as a support coordinator with our family for a few years. His standout qualities are good communication and reliability and always with a comfortable, positive manner. Jacob's work is thorough, and he shows resourcefulness in achieving good outcomes for our family."
